Microsoft files emergency motion to stay execution of judgment in Texas

Just a brief follow up to last Thursday's post discussing the injunction entered in Texas precluding Microsoft from selling Word with custom XML. As expected, Microsoft has moved for a stay to delay enforcement of the injunction and wave its obligation to post a bond pending appeal.
